This priority service will appear as a delivery option at checkout if your order is available at one of our stores within proximity of your delivery address.
Our commitment to providing you with flexible delivery options now extends to allowing you to choose the best delivery timeframe for you.

Your 3-hour delivery will be sent from your closest Cue store within a 30km radius dependent on style availability.

Shipping within Australia
What are my shipping options when shopping online?
- For all online orders Australia wide standard shipping is free for orders over $100.
- Standard shipping is $6 for orders under $100.
- For all online orders Australia wide express shipping is free for orders over $200.
- Express shipping is $8 for orders under $200.
Cue Club Black cardholders enjoy free express shipping on all purchases when logged in during checkout.
All shipping rates are for online orders only and do not apply for purchases in Cue stand alone or Myer stores. Online orders made via Click & Collect and Store to Door incur stand alone store shipping rates if required to be posted. Please contact these stores directly for their shipping rates.
When can I expect to receive my order?
This depends on where you’re located and the postage speed you have selected when checking out. We have provided some general guidelines below, though you will be able to track your individual delivery once it has been dispatched:

Please note that the delivery times listed should be treated as estimates only. Expected delivery timeframes commence from your parcel being dispatched.
Orders are dispatched between 9:00am and 3:00pm AEST Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders received after 3:00pm AEST or outside of AEST business hours will be dispatched the following business day.
Whilst we make every effort to ship your order within the timeframes supplied, unforseen delays in shipping during peak trade times may occasionally occur. Peak trade times may include special promotions, mid season sale, end of season sale, and holiday periods (including public holidays). In the event you have paid for shipping and your order is delayed during a peak trade period, please contact our customer service department for a shipping refund.
If you have ordered more than one item, you order may arrive in more than one package. You will receive a separate dispatch email and tracking number for each item/s you have ordered. This allows us to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
How will I know how much shipping will cost?
When it comes to selecting a shipping method and speed, you have a few options. Advice specific to the pricing of the garment you are viewing can be found just above the size selection, or you can alternatively click ‘Delivery and collection options’ on the product page to confirm what options are available to you.
A final shipping cost will be automatically calculated when completing your purchase at checkout, based on the delivery location, shipping service selected and Cue Club membership. The service that will best suit your needs will be automatically selected, making checkout simple. All shipping charges are non-refundable. If shipping to a business please include the business name and full address at checkout.
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been dispatched from our distribution centre an email will be sent with your parcel tracking number and a link with which you can click to check the status of your delivery.
What if no one is available to sign for my delivery?
We now offer Authority To Leave ‘ATL’ for express & standard delivery options via the Cue website.
If no one is available to sign for your order, the driver will follow the delivery instructions that were provided in checkout. By selecting one of the below delivery instructions in checkout, you will be authorising the driver to leave your order at the nominated shipping address without requiring you to sign for delivery.
- Leave near the front door
- Leave out of the weather
- Leave at reception
- Take to the nearest post office
- Other (please specify)
In selecting options 1,2,3 or 5 (as listed above), the only confirmation of delivery that will be available to prove receipt of your order will be obtained from the driver as their will be no signature taken. Thus, Cue cannot be held responsible for any parcels that are lost, stolen or damaged as a result of selecting delivery options 1,2 3 or 5.
If you opted for the driver to take your parcel to the nearest post office, the driver will leave a delivery card at the nominated delivery address. If this occurs an email will also be sent to notify you of the attempted delivery and the location of the parcel, once it has been redirected to the nearest Australia Post Office for collection.
To collect the parcel the delivery card must be presented with a form of photo identification. Parcels must be collected within 10 business days from the date it is received by the local Post office. If the parcel is not collected within this timeframe it will be returned to sender.

Applies to orders placed and shipped to Singapore, United Kingdom, United States, United Arab Emirates and Hong Kong only. FREE standard international shipping is available on all orders or $15 express shipping when you spend $200 or more. It is available for all purchases on Cue Online for the advertised countries from Friday 1 June until further notice. Discount will be applied automatically at checkout.

How much will shipping cost?
International shipping is calculated based on various factors including the chosen or available shipping speed, the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items, and the destination country. International shipping will be calculated and guaranteed during the Borderfree international checkout based on these factors.
How are duties and taxes calculated?
Duties (or customs tariffs) are set by the destination country customs authorities and determined based on a combination of the country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a system adopted and used by the countries that Borderfree supports. International taxes (such as Value Added Tax, or VAT) are set by the destination country. You will be able to view the guaranteed total amount of applicable duty and tax/VAT for your order within the Borderfree international checkout. You will be able to opt to pay duty and tax/VAT at checkout or alternatively, you can opt to pay upon receiving your goods. If you opt to pay upon receiving your order, this may occur additional handling charges.
What if an item cannot be shipped due to import restrictions?
If for some reason there are any items that cannot be exported from Australia or imported into your destination country, Borderfree will make you aware of this during the checkout process.
Will I need to pay any additional charges when my order arrives?
If you select to prepay duties and taxes, the order total presented at checkout is the exact amount you’ll be charged by Borderfree, and there will be no additional costs due upon delivery. If you choose to not prepay duties and taxes, you may incur additional charges upon the arrival of your order.

When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are dispatched on the same or next business day Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays) depending on the time you place your order relative to Sydney time (this is where your order is being shipped from).
