Cue is absolutely thrilled to have taken home the award for Best Multichannel Customer Experience at the annual CX Awards, held on Thursday 17 October in Sydney. 

Hosted by Ashton Media, the CX Awards are the highest industry accolade for businesses who excel in customer experience (CXcx aw). The awards honour businesses who provide the best services in CX innovation and execution.   

In this year’s shortlisted nominees, Cue was the only fashion retailer nominated for two awards. It goes without saying, we are thrilled with our prestigious win.
